Attention Customizers! Please Read! Important Update:8-2-2014

Update: Hello again! After a bit of reconsideration, this rule has now been amended! We will no longer be merging threads unless necessary. However, please try to keep in mind the reason this rule was created and when possible, when posting multiple customs at once (within a few minutes/hours), please try to post them in the same thread. That would be a great help to us and hopefully will solve the problem without the need for anymore merging!

The sales forum rules have also been a bit amended. We will no longer be sending threads there unless necessary. The sales forum will now be for a structured sales and commission post. Instead of tacking customs onto your sales post in the mlp sales forums, you can post one exclusively for your customs in there. We do ask that you use those when selling older customs and when opening commissions. Announcements are fine but please use the sale thread instead of bumping the announcement thread repeatedly.

And one more thing, please if you ever have any questions or concerns about this forum or its rules, please contact a mod. Come to us with politeness and respect and we will do our best to help you if we can. We all want the arena to be the best that it can be.

Hi! There has been a sorta new rule in place for about a year now. Technically it falls under a different rule and was only an adjustment to how it was enforced, so no announcement has been made. However, to make things run a bit more smoothly here, we decided it was time for a thread alerting all of you to the changes.

Some of you may have noticed the increase in the number of customizers we have had the last few years. This is wonderful and we are glad to have you here (Welcome!), but it has made our forum move much more quickly. Threads were being bumped off the first page before people had a chance to see them. We want all of our customizers to have their work seen and their questions answered. As a result, it was decided that posts of the same type (customs, questions, show me, etc.) by the same member would be merged as like threads. This way, everyone gets a fair chance to be seen. We allow up to 2 threads of a type by the same member on the first page, when you get to 3 we merge them. We request you edit new customs into your previous post if it has not yet fallen off the page, especially if you plan to post a few or several in a short period of time. Otherwise, they will be merged and your thread will be more organized if you take the time to edit them yourselves.

We hope, that while this may take a bit of adjustment for some of you, that over all everyone's Customs Forum experience will be improved.
