Best way to sell ponies now?

Hey all!

So I'm going to my mom's the first week of August and while I'm there I plan on shipping back the majority of my collection to sell off. It's been awhile since I've sold anything and I'm trying to figure out the best place to sell. I want to make the most money off of my old collection but also do it fairy quickly because I've gotten in over my head on a few things and need to sell ASAP. ^^"

I know I have a lot though and will update when I'm there with pictures/everything else. Heck if someone in GA would want to stop by and buy in bulk I would be totally okay with this! lol

I have to agree, if you want the best value, using eBay is good, however, I had luck with two sales here of good to high value, so it's worth testing the water here first

  I like ebay when I want it to sell and don't want to trade, etc, especially for common ponies that most people here already have    However, since I use Paypal at Ebay there is often a hold on the money until the item arrives at the buyers', so if you need money fairly fast you might try selling here first.

I use ebay a lot of times, but you also have to keep in the mind the fees of selling and the fees that are taken out when paid threw pay pal. You can also list on here to. I wish you lots of luck with your selling

Ebay has so many potential buyers that it tends to be nice and fast. That's where I tend to sell. I would add, though, that since it's summer, pony sales are very very slow (on individual ponies, unless they're particularly sought after). In the fall they should pick up again.

Awesome! My only problem with eBay is the huge fees they charge for selling. I guess it isn't so bad on the smaller items when I think about it. Lol

Would it be bad to split the ponies into large lots and sell that way? I know I'll give here a chance first to sell since I like selling to pony people more. Lol

Try the MLP Arena page on Facebook , lots of people and faster pace to sell there

  There are many out there , The Fb page named Arena is not an extension of the Forum though .

I've found facebook to be the fastest place (and you get the best price) to sell, although if you're selling in bulk lots, ebay would get you by far the best price. If you sell here, it's not quite as fast-paced, but to me it feels better, ya know?! I can access my PM's easier, and my threads don't get lost like on facebook if they get pushed down off the page.

I didn't even realize that there was a Facebook page! I'll have to join it now and post up ponies ASAP. I don't even want much really. I realize I'll probably sell the majority of the G3's for like $3-4 each depending on which one it is of course. I'll have to do a lot of looking to see their values now though. Like are the first release winter ponies still worth anything, how about the playset ponies? Gah, when I post it'll be a horrible, horrible price check.
