Any carousel lovers around?

If you have not already seen this or heard about it, their is a wonderful wooden classic machine in Seaside Heights NJ that survived a hurricane to now be deemed too old fashioned to keep.  A petition has been started and we need some more bodies, so if you can take a moment to sign it, and pass it on it would be awesome!

Signed! I hate to see beautiful pieces of history like this gone, especially from a place that is so iconic in American life!  I love the old carousels.

Also, if you're a carousel fan, my city is getting this soon. I've seen you mention carousels before, so I thought I'd share if you're ever nearby!

What a beautiful, unique carousel. how lucky you are to have such a lovely historical wooden. (I've never seen one before) it should be preserved and treasured, not discarded. signed
