Baby Pony Accessories?

Hi All. I was going through some of my old toys today and found these accessories. I was able to ID the rattle, xylophone, and comb but not the blocks. Does anyone know if the blocks are from My Little Pony? Thanks in advance for your responses.

The blocks came with the Secret Keypers line Specifically they came with Belle, the baby swan.
