Is there any way to get a missing part replacement from Hasbro?

It appears that a blue shoe is missing from my Crystal Place playset and I am extremely annoyed that there would be missing parts in a brand new toy. Does anyone know of any way I could get a replacement shoe? lol.

If you just contact their customer service I'm sure they will either offer a replacement shoe or have you return the item and mail you a brand new one.

Initially I would simply take the product back to store with your receipt and tell them there is a part missing. Any store will just replace like for like for you.

I did email Hasbro but shortly after I ended up taking it back to Target and the lady at the return desk actually let me take one of the shoes out of a box that had already been tampered with. I got a reply from Hasbro the next day and it turned out they actually weren't able to offer me a replacement, so they offered me coupons or a brushable Pony instead.

Its probably an out of stock item for Hasbro as its last year's line; hence why they were not able to help you out. They will often tell you to take it back to the retailer as that is who your contract is with at the end of the day
