G1 Lily pond/water jump

Hi everyone,

I could have sworn I'd be full of purpose when I came to draw this but I just seem to have lost all my mental references.  I can't find anything on google image search iether.  I KNOW I've seen a lily pond somewhere... ahrgh I've just remembered it's the UK play mat! Anyway you guys may still be able to help me out.  Lemon Drop 'needs' a water jump and I need to design it to finish the only productive thing I've done all day  :   The playmat pond is pretty basic.  So if you have any G1 visual references for lily ponds or water jumps please can you show them to me

When you compare them that way, I actually really love G3s artwork Not as simple as G1 but not as grandiose as G4!

I've been thinking about this since you posted it--I thought for sure there would be some pics of ponies doing water jumps in some of the early G1 coloring books. I looked through some online and found this one:

This coloring book has some good images of ponies jumping, just not over water jumps:

I agree! G3 still has more of an innocence than G4 but the poses are sassier, I love the diva pose sometimes it makes me smile
