Mine contains a selection of cheap funky combs (I'm always losing them!), chopped straws, bobby pins, and teeny tiny hair elastics in all the colours of the rainbow. I also find good quality paper towel incredibly useful

A comb, several assorted tiny curlers, drinking straws, hair elastics, rubber bands, conditioner.... And soda. Lots of soda.

Gosh...a bit of everything! However the staple which I could not live without is a wide tooth metal comb which I picked up in a pet shop. Its absolutely perfect for controlling plastic hair without risking stretching it at all.
