The spots look more like giraffe to me. Cheetahs have relatively clean spots that are almost all round where as giraffes have the large blotches like shown on Applebloom

... and I would say Sweetie Belle is leopard, her spots/rings don't have the dots in the centers that jaguars have.

Apple Bloom's not cheetah print :/ its more giraffe/ clouded leopard

Cheetahs have spots unless its the King Cheetah who have blotches and splothes then the regular cheetah..

*look at the fur pattern and look at Apple Bloom's leg...are you sure its cheetah print?

Cow is what I thought, however, I will say this... even though they are blotchy spots big cats with the rosettes their legs do NOT have rosette spots all the way down! and where are her spots? On the leg

Most Giraffe spottage have less of a blotchy look.

Also the smaller spots between some of the blotches don't fit Giraffes.. even in the legs So I kind of vote for Cow or big cat LEG spots
