I've been a little quiet - but for a good reason!

I've been awfully quiet over here for a long time, and while I've missed people here, terribly, it has been for a good reason.

For the last few years a friend of mine and I have been working on a children's book series called Ava the Adventurer, the first book focusing on India. Early last year the first book was picked up by a publisher - one of the Penguin group ^^. Rob got his personal hard copies a few weeks ago and, as of last night, it was confirmed that Barnes&Noble are now stocking and selling the book!

I checked on the website last night and it's up! I'm both terrified and elated and just...not sure whether to jump for joy or flail for joy This has been a long project coming (and I'm elbow deep in the next book - based in China) so to see it become a very real, tangible thing is just surreal!
