I've taken a couple current photos of Gingerbread and added them to the first post with all of the other photos. I'm not sure I can tell a difference. I think her coloring is more even?

Its really hard to tell from one image to the other unfortunately, likewise what I am seeing in the picture could be nothing. But just watch her left hand side shoulder it looks as though its discolouring a little - thats normally what a pony looks like just before she burns unfortunately.

Lets see, she has a splotch on her right should that was there when I got her. Cancer discoloration or something... Her left side was laying against an orange colored pamphlet (cheap ink rubs off  ) and I think it pulled up some color, she got some on her face & ear and her hip from it also. But I check her everyday so if I'm wrong I'll catch it before it gets worse.

Ahhh...yes that shading is no doubt from the pamphlet unfortunately. Hopefully you can get that out as well with the fading.
