 Anyone know what this was new in the store? I've seen several MIB on eBay around 75. What is the value?

Mmm, with all accessories? I'm not sure.... I've seen a few barns go for about $15-$20, assorted states of completion. Nothing more than $40 for what I've personally seen.

I think $40 MIB and $25 loose would be acceptable....I have both I'm planning to put for sale, but I'd never even think to ask $75!! I've seen them just kind of sit on eBay at that price for quite some time.

I bought a Craigslist lot for $40 that included the building only. It also had a couple of htf ponies and a Carousel Boutique (building only), too, which I'm trying to unload if anybody is looking. I knew there was no way I'd pay an arm and a leg for a set, complete or not.

I actually think $45 MIB is spot on. $30-35 for it loose with everything. It shows up more often MIB than it does complete hence why the lack of a price difference.

I think you got it spot on value Its such a cute set, I wish Hasbro would do more like it.
