What would you say is a fair price for this lot? Im if'y on this one

I will admit I cant stop giggling at the fact its called Poofer Palace; that so should have been its actual name.

Its the Palace, PE vanity, Palace vanity and them some little fakie items? I would say $10-12 - the Palace is a hard sell sometimes and the shell does not hold much value.

Your link takes you to the one photo, you did not mention to click the other folders.  But if that is a whole PE and with no breaks then you are looking at $50-75 and up.

Yup the link only went to one picture and unfortunately therefore it only looked like those few items you were asking about.

So does the lot contain every item pictured within all 3 folders?

The paradise estate and accessories alone are about $100-$120....

just pointing out that  the green table  the yellow chair and hte orange little tepot and other orange thing are acutly not mlp there Wish world  kids. from the Diner/ pizzria i belive.

the  paradise esate ooks great and its all assembled but i belive tha the fading  may  drop it in price a little but i would   say  on the high    end  possibly 150.00 for everyhting. this is a high end estimate   given the fading of the estate and such.. and shipping and    how picky a perosn is you might be able to  get  100-120 for the lot

Dont apologise It just at least explains the original confusion.

Paradise Estate can be awkward to price because with the small easy to loose accessories it can soar, but with the tiny accessories missing it drops dramatically - assuming missing the small accessories but with everything else including the flowers $120, with the small accessories $160-175.
