Hi! I recently purchased a Paradise Estate lot off Craigslist for $100. I've never had the Estate--what fun to set it all up!!!
The Estate is in excellent condition. All building parts are there, no cracks, only discoloration is slight sunfading to one section of roof. All flowers present. Most of the large accessories are there, almost none of the small ones. Box was included—fair shape.
Value = maybe $110-20?There are 28 ponies.
I’ve done my homework using the PC archive on prices, but I’d love any input. The only one of these that is especially sought after (I think) is Lemon Treats, and then after that Summer Wing High Flyer. The condition of the ponies overall is quite good. No haircuts!
A few pics--after lots of cleaning!!! . . .

loginThe lot also included a scrap baby buggy, the Rock-a-Bye Bed (no accessories), the Scrub-a-Dub Tub (only ducky, no curtain rod, etc.), and two of those knock-off Kudlee six-stall pony cases. I’m guessing these aren’t worth much of anything—
maybe $1 at best.
If my prices are right, the ponies are worth about $175-200 all together.I’ll be selling all the ponies but keeping the Estate—at least for a while!
