Ever have a pony you like, but a symbol you hate?

I cant say any particularly annoy me except perhaps for Chuck E Cheese. But thats mostly because its not a brand in the UK so its always a little peculiar to me.

My biggest symbol peeve is lack of symbols- like one sided symbols on G3 and G4. I also don't like it when other body features supplant symbols- like the leotard in sweetstep ballerina ponies or the saddle on secret surprise ponies- those aren't symbols! (I don't mind however the lack of symbol on baby Ember- she correctly has no symbol.)

Other observations:
G1 Star Dancer's symbol looks like two happy teeth. Don't forget to brush!
What is Majesty's symbol even?
Cotton Candy looks more like Nerds.
I love everything about the first wave flutters, TAF and Sweetheart Sister ponies!
Not crazy about Dance 'n Prance?

At the end of the day, however, each one of My Little Ponies is a treasure that I am blessed to have in my family!

What is Majesty's symbol even?

I think her symbol is meant to be (stylized) flowers? I know the UK comics drew them as little flowers, anyway. As for Cotton Candy - assuming you're talking about G1 CC, I always assumed her symbol was meant to resemble appaloosa spots :B.

Personally, none really bother me except for the Chuck E. Cheese pony for the same reasons that Hathorcat said

I love suns/moons/stars, but really dislike when they have faces. So ponies like Pillow Talk, HALF the Sparkle ponies, G3 Sunny Daze, etc. I like all these ponies (and still own a lot of them) but their symbols bother me. also when ponies have symbols that are too human related, like gloves/mittens or flip flops (there was just a thread about this the other night actually).

Pink and unicorns are my two favorite things in MLP, so I should be crazy about G4 Twinkle Shine.  But her symbol is so plain!  I mean, she is still really pretty and I'm super glad that I own her, but I wish that Hasbro had done something to make her symbol pop a bit more.

A different symbol that bothers me is G4 Lulu Luck's, even though it is really pretty.  The horse shoes are up side down!  Horse shoes should (according to superstition) face with the toe down so the luck won't fall out.  So technically poor Lulu's symbol isn't very lucky at all!  Upside down horse shoes drive me crazy.  I can't tell you how much horse themed jewelry and stuff has the same problem, too.

Actually horse shoes can face up or down. If the toe is up and the heel is down it means that the bad luck will slide off of it like rain off an umbrella. If the heels are up and the toe is down it will collect good luck like a rain barrell. Its the same for cowboy hats.
