Where to find Wave 10 BBs?

I've been watching BBTS and Toywiz, and so far they are not popping up. I know they are popping up on ebay (in my opinion as ridiculous prices).

Don't tell me this is another Euro exclusive or something one X_X;

They made a brief appearance here a couple weeks ago at Target.  I was able to get about half of them.

have a couple boxes of them at target. i picked up green jewel while i was there.

My Targets had 2-3 boxes apiece a few weeks ago, but someone went through and bought every Fluttershy at every Target. I can't tell if it was blind luck, or if someone's a really big Fluttershy fan

I am sure they will turn up eventually, they are certainly not an exclusive country item. Perhaps they are not being offered to toy wholesalers/online retailers at this time? And getting a store release first.
