Come on guys have faith! Remember the SDCC and Ponyfair exclusive are the same...and hasbro wouldn't give the "pony" fair a doll.

Every year they want to keep it a secret until the fair and for the first time they are succeeding.

Also I doubt that very much matters

For Hasbro, EQG are as much a part of MLP as ponies are nowadays.

Party though that was no doubt because we did not know about Taobao Its also different now because they are pretty much focusing the exclusive on SDCC with the Fair feeling like a bit of an after thought [if the number of stock given to each location is any indication]. Therefore its not surprising they are going down the pre event announcement route as is standard for the big exclusives at SDCC.

All true, but I still believe that because we haven't seen it on Taobao doesn't mean it means its EQG. There are a lot of new EQG auctions now on various chinese websites that have the prototypes and mistakes because it is known there is a market... look at this FlutterPie for example.
