I have this weird idea that Flippity Flop has cloven hooves, so she can wear flip-flops.  The other ponies are really confused by this.  Maybe they even think she is a demonic pony with her accursed footwear! :lookround:

Another pony that always brings me great joy is Strawberry Reef:

The designer must have gotten real lazy; "uh, something something strawberry... mhh, we already have so many strawberry+something ponies. I'll just make her pink all over and add an underwater animal and some flowers to her strawberry symbol."

Rapunzel.  I love her but I wish her symbol was the tower only.  No silly giant girl head!



Some of the above seem normal to me like the mushroom (very whimsical) and Mimics parrot (a pretty bird).

I've wondered if the idea comes from the riddle:

Riddle me this riddle me ree
How many strawberries grow in the sea?
I answered him as best I could,
As many as herring grown in the wood.


Something like that. I may be paraphrasing.  Either that or the designer dabbles in marine biology and knew about sea strawberry corals.  Look it up!

My husband says Dream Drifter is my "hippie" pony and I have always thought Tira-Mi-Su was a little odd. Her symbol makes me want coffee and though I love tiramisu the dessert, lady fingers soaked in rum liquor or coffee doesn't really go over so well with the tiny humans.
