Inspiration manifestation time! I'm a big fan of some of the less common and darker fairy tales including The Goose Girl, Catskin, and Bearskin. Here are some neat artworks based on these stories:visitors can't see pics , please register or login Here we can see the Goose Girl conversing with the severed head of her faithful steed Falada. Some of the renditions I've read go into great length about the effects of not bathing or changing your clothes for 7 years. It would get pretty gnarly I imagine. visitors can't see pics , please register or login (from http://greenmossway.wordpress.com/2011/10/) visitors can't see pics , please register or login(From http://justcoopit.wordpress.com/2013/10/05/the-untold-tales-of-trudat/)Catskin is a particularly messed up story. Here are some images of the heroine wearing her cloak made from the skin of every animal that lived in her kingdom:visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login
I actually have the Little Goose Girl on my list, along with a bunch of other not as popular stories. I love the dark, original Grimm stories.
