Does this happen to any one else?

Every single time i make my tea at night
The tag breaks off of the string attached to the tea bag!
It irks me so bad!!
Does this happen to anyone else?

Happens to me all the time. I've taken to tying the string around my mug handle to keep from having to fish the whole mess out of my cup and pretty much given up on the tags.

The brand I use doesn't have tags.  I just fish the teabag out with a teaspoon.

Yes and that's why I use tea which needs a tea strainer.

Yeah, I've given up on tea bags too. Not only are they messy, some of them are bad for the environment and some have added sugar! Loose tea is amazing. It smells so good!

I normally use a tea infuser   Loose leaf teas are nice because you can adjust how much you use^^

I do this too - helps keep the string out of the cup when you pour in the water.

Hmm. It look's familiar, but I've never had it. It's either Lipton, Celestial, or Bigelow for me.

The few times people have brewed me loose-leaf tea, I've found it to be really therapeutic. The only thing more warming than a fresh, deliciously aromatic cup of tea is the feeling you get from knowing that someone's put care and effort into creating it for you.

Nope...but I dont use tea bags with a string I think its one of those things which divides us - North America and Europe - our tea bags
