2 of my Grails!~

So, last month I was finally lucky and was able to get a job! I'm a student, so getting a job was amazing in itself because now..I can buy my ponies by myself!
So I've been scouring around eBay and other places to see if I could pick up any G1s, and to my luck I was able to win two bids. I won my very first Grails!
Although these ponies may not be very rare or high-value, but I've always wanted these two girlies ever since I started collecting G1s all those years ago.
So the two girls I won were..

The women selling her told me her eyes are a bit grubby, but if anyone has any tips on getting them to twinkle again please let me know!

and the other grail I got was...

Dancing Butterflies! I got her for £3.90!

She's looking a little grubby, but I'm sure just a lil' clean up with get her all bright again! I'm not 100% sure if the comb is her real one, can someone confirm that for me?

Soo..yes. I am a very happy pony. Although some people might find these to be ponies that are easy to find, the feeling of being able to own them for myself is just the best feeling ever! I'm so happy!!

Ooooooh! You have GREAT taste in grails! They're both lovely, and two of my persoonal favourites Many of us here have "normal" ponies as grails...they're not all nirvanass or hard to find ones. Sometimes the grail is finding a normal in absolutely perfect, mint-off-card condition! I know many people who are still looking for a perfect Peachy, and she's probably the most common pony out there!
The little yellow pick looks like it might actually belong to a Flutter pony, if it has flowers on top. I think Butterflies has a pink sun pick, but i may be wrong. I found this site invaluable when I was first starting out trying to match accessories to ponies, and it's super easy to use:

Congratulations on your new girls When Fizzy shows up, just a gentle eye wash in Dawn dish detergent should clean her up fine. Don't scrub them at all, as the gloss on top is fairly sensitive, just use your fingertips or soft toilet tissue or paper towel.
