Yeeeah, I'm totally safe from ponies this Comic Con. They are a 2000 pieces release! Wow last year's glitter RD & Pony were only 1008 pc and they are still pretty easy to come by. These are gonna be available for quite some time.

Wow, those are big numbers! 

I think last year's SDCC ponies actually sold pretty well from Funko's standards, we see them a lot on the secondary market since I think a lot were bought up in the hopes they'd have more value...

I hope Amazon does another special sale for them again this year!

So glad this year that SDCC has been a disappointment when it comes to pony merch...my wallet is happy for a change during this time.

  What a Joke, If i had paid to attend the SDCC  I would be so disappointed and maybe furious  sad at the lack of good pony merch .
but since I did not even get to get tickets for it , I'm so glad I get extra funds for my Vintage G2 PONEYSSSSSSSSSS!!! LOL

I like them. It helps that spitfire is one if my fav ponies that funko has done.

Hopefully the 2000 run will mean they will be a little easier to pick up.

They're okay. Spitfire's orange looks really nice with the black (though, shouldn't her wings be orange, too? I thought the Wonderbolt suits had gaps for their wings, too, and it looks odd they coloured her nose orange and not the wings). I had been debating picking up her mini, actually. If these are available on Amazon US for the same price as Dizzy and Dash then awesome; those were cheaper and easier to get hold of than regular Funkos here

Wow... they are just the same as the Mystery Mini figures. Only larger. :/ I expected a new Funko POP or somth.

Well my master plan of buying 24-36 ponies at a time & returning the non-glitters at the store ended.

The district manager called me & told me it's messing up distribution...and I can't do it anymore

Tge thing is: I have another 36 AJ's at the store (or about to be).  I called customer service & they'll work something out with me regarding the return shipping costs...after I pick them up.

Great company, great customer service, but I am bummed out that something I thought was too good to be true...is.

(Although he did say if there wre only 5 or less it would be okay....)

wow  they are being very nice to you   how many glitters did you get out of all the shipments ?

I am really disappointed in these and the Hasbro exclusives. Guess that leaves more money to catch up on glitters or series 2 minis.

Well I guess the guesses were spot on but I do think its still disappointing. Even if they had just done one exclusive but perhaps a different character; they could even have used an existing mould and just changed colour to add some variety.

As to the numbers...wow 2000 in a run! I guess there will be no issue in tracking them down after SDCC then if last year's exclusives are any indication.
