I ordered 2 Big Macs and 2 AJ's and a t-shirt during the Hot Cash sale.  Used Paypal.  Came around to $60 bucks.  My shirt shipped and I got it, but it appeared Hot Topic refunded me back the remaining money from the Funko Figures.  Do they take back the money when they get started to ship out?

My order status still shows them listed, but it was marked as shipped (due to the t-shirt).

I'm not sure what to do...

I am desperately hoping these are as easy to come by as RD and muffin.  On a related note, any guesses when Hot Topic preorders might go out?  Im getting anxious as this is my first time trying a mass order.  *bites nails*

I think honestly so far the are the hardest to come by I think that one maybe the only one found in existence so far, that store doesn't carry Spitfire even yet just Sweetie Drops, and thats the only other place besides TRU she has been spotted so far... as for large orders on these I'm not sure if I'm going to do that yet or not since reselling the extras of ponies that have been out for awhile would be hard!

Should have been more specific.  Meant AJ and Big Mac.  How do you find the update of your order status?  I've not gotten a new email with any progress, but maybe too soon.

Yes they do take the $ out when they ship. I freaked out about this during the Twilight/Trixie pre-order thinking they cancelled my order but they just keep it for authorization at first, then put it back, then take back out again when they ship.

I just hope these don't come with all the quality errors the funko ponies often have if they're charging so much more for them...

I am positive they will all come with serious quality errors.  I love the Funko ponies, but the factory that they are using is pretty sloppy when it comes to the screening details.  It is rare to get a pony without the eyes being slightly off kilter, or glue streaks, or sloppy paint... 

For some reason the mini-funkos don't seem to have near the same problems, not sure why.  I hope they do minis of ALL the new characters!!!

Unfortunately, the Pop figures have plenty paint issues too
There's a couple times when either couldn't find a Pop/didn't like the one I saw in a store, but I'm afraid to order any online in case they have the same issues. I know there's good ones out there, but it's hit-or-miss.

I have a problem with the pop figures as well. The wings on my pegasi tend to pop out of place, especially when I try to twist their heads. The Amazon ones I got are the worst quality of all my Pops.

On a happy note, I won a glitter Twilight for $36 on ebay! squeee totally in my budget! Im soooo excited to meet her in person! ^ͺ^ Now to obtain glitter DJ! (I have given up on glitter Pinkie for the moment).

I am probably just remembering something wrong or something, but wow $37 for all that? That is an awesome deal! I thought the Monopoly itself was like, $40. What that all the HotCash codes?
