La La Loopsy head problems!

Hiya! I thought some people on here might have experience with these guys!

I've unfortunately found that my fire-fighter la la loopsy doll has a big dent in her head! the plastic is just dented inward (it wasnt originally like this, it happened accidentally while she spent time in a metal box)

Is there anything I can to do get her head back to original shape?

While I can't be 100% sure this will fix it, I would dip her hair in super super hot water (I would try this before using boiling water because sometimes vinyl can collapse under extreme circumstances) and see if it pops back out. If it does you can either let her air dry or put her in the freezer (on her face so the hair doesn't get re-dented).
That process often fixes ponies.
