Holy cow, that is a seriously great find! I must admit I'm a little envious lol :D Looks like the Town House without any furniture is worth anywhere between $30-$50 depending on condition (i.e. do the lights work, etc). The Walnut/Furbanks squirrel family looks like it goes for between $8-$15 (depending on whether it is an auction or buy-it-now). Not sure about the prices on the furniture.
