"Pimp Yo Fakie" Contest [Entries closed!]

Hm, I'm only painting my fakie so far but I wonder, she has a little panel on her belly to unscrew so you can take the batteries that make her light up out but I plan to cover her in glitter eventually so should I leave that part unpainted or just cover it up and forget about the whole her lighting up thing?  Hm...decisions decisions...

I like light up ponies, but not knowing what you're after as a finale...I guess it's up to you!

I suppose so  Hm, I don't think there are but are there any light up ponies in the actual MLP line? If so then my custom will fit into my theme of being many pony hybrids even better.

G1 international Princess Sparkle is the only one I can think of who lights up...

There were a few G4's to light up as well...oh! And G2 had the Loving Family mummy and baby ponies...baby Swirly and her mom, who had a light-up horn, and Twinklestar, who had light up features on her side. I think those are all I can think of though...I don't know about G3's though :/

I'm back in town now and started prepping my bait by removing the hair and the jewel on her forehead. I ran out of acetone, however, so removing the rest of the paint will have to wait. Not that it's even necessary but I like working on a blank canvas.  I also noticed my Apoxie has turned orange (it's been a year since I used it, after all...), I'll have to see if it still works or if I need to order a new batch. I may have to order anyway since there'll be a lot of sculpting. So far I only have a general idea of what I'm doing, I think the next step is to make some sketches and put the final design on paper!

I'll have to post a pic of my 2 new girls (soon to be boys) I think they're non-Hasbro, but they're such a mash-up of gens...their heads are huge, but with what I'm planning, they should be minimized

I've started sculpting on my hasbro one  (she's getting a kimono)

and my non hasbro arrived today, she's at least going to get some detailing sculpting on her wings and a proper tail hole
maaaaybe turn her into a him, to be the prince for the princesses  *muses*
