I love my White Windy I got her in a lot too. I know she's just regular Windy but faded but she's still a legitimate 'variant' in my mind as it's basically just the same concept as White Blue Belle (who I got last week and is amazing!!) so yeah, if you're counting one you should count the other

If you want to keep her and rehair her than I say go for it if you were going to sell her then best to leave her as is.

That's not sooo short.  You could tame her mane down a bit and then she'd just have a unique hair style.

Yeah, I would just try to find an original donor tail for her and leave her mane as is. It's not so bad and she's quite nice!

I believe in White Windy I would think she is better rehaired
