As you see is dry and very uggle , i want to rehair but i m , im !!!!!

She is lovely! I'm not sure on her name and I think maybe known as Starflower or Twilight that came with the Mexican poof n puff perfume palace. Where did you find her?

I don't think she looks that bad...Mexicans have a habit of looking horrible, but cleaning up nicely! She is Twilight, and a good colored one at that! Her pink is quite nice. You might try covering her symbols, eyes and hair and carefully sunfading her on a verandah or windowsill. Just keep a close eye on her and check her every few hours, rotating her just as often.
Mexi hair responds quite well to a flat iron! Use blobs of thick conditioner on her mane and tail. Pass the flat iron over the hair quickly with the conditioner still on the hair. If you don't have a flat iron, you can try using a pot of boiling water. I add conditioner directly into the water, too. Dip the hair in for a few seconds, then lay the pony on her side and comb her hair straight out while it's still hot. Repeat until it's as straight and smooth as you'd like it! It may not be perfect, but she'll look loads better!
Mexis are relatively rare, as many Nirvanas are, so I think rehairing should be a last resort. Be sure to show us when she's done!

The Mexican hair responds really well to conditioning and straightening with an iron or hair straighteners (on a cool setting)

I agree the marks could be Sun-faded

I call her Starflower If she has no name, I go by symbols rather than body colours that tends to be the traditional way of naming. But she is often called Twilight as well.

The very ends of the hair look as though they may be frazzled but I agree its worth some over night conditioner soak/saran wrap treatments and flat iron work to see if it can be fixed.

I have always know her/and called her Twilight! Suave and V05 conditioners have worked wonders for me, put it and let it set a few minutes, then I use a towel to put them between my knees in and slowly with large tooth comb work my way up from the ends. Then once you can comb through, use a smaller comb, then rinse her hair well in warm water. Her hair looks very salvageable to me as well. Congrats on her!

Mine has those same yellow marks on her but more on her face than her body.. Let us know how the sun works on those as I would be especially interested to know if it works for her.. Mine also had some pretty terrible frizzy hair and I flat ironed it like explained in the other comments and now it is so much better, the end of my girls tail was a ratted mass and flattening it made it longer since it straightens the hairs out yay

Oh! I love this pony!

Mine was in a bit of a state when I got her. Her hair admittedly wasn't quite as matted as your wee girl, but like the others I totally agree with the conditioning and straightening treatment. Here were my results:

Hi ponies!!!

Well, i want to show you, the progress of my girl, i use conditioner , brush  wather , and an hair airon.

She is gorgeous again, the sun is result slowly but im very happy with the hair.

Wow!! Hard to believe it's the same pony! She looks amazing and with some more sunfading she'll only get better. So glad you're happy with her
