at the end ,the buyer avoids paying anything to return the items.

I had a issue with them too.   PayPal reversed the funds, but I'm SOL on what I spent on shipping.  I sent PayPal a messages stating that even though the item was returned I did pay shipping and under seller protection I would like reimbursed that cost.

I would definitely phone eBay. I would also say you know for a fact that you are not the only one they have done this to.

oh wow thats bad! :(  I totally agree with PL - calling ebay is the right thing to do .  slj84 I would recommend you talk to them on the phone as well as sending them a message. I know Houston you said you already called them - maybe another call to let them know that another member has had the same issue with this same person would be a good idea too

I have blocked them. Definitely not a good buyer. I wouldn't want to be their credit card company. They're abusing the chargeback privileges.

I have blocked them. Definitely not a good buyer. I wouldn't want to be their credit card company. Their abusing the chargeback privileges.
  Totally ,but I spoke to Paypal Manager and he refunded me the shipping fees i was loosing , and commented this to him , he said , it is known to them but this is their protocol, when they "claim" their account was hacked /compromised and several transactions were not authorized by the buyer :(, is all BS if you ask me :(

What I don't get is why PayPal held the funds to begin with.  I had proof of shipping the item because I shipped it through PayPal.  And according to their policy the client had a confirmed address with a verified account, so there for we should of been covered no matter what and the funds should of never been held to begin with.

I agree. If they didn't ask you to send it to a non-verified address, no funds should have been held. Why should a seller have to suffer because a buyer is a scammer?
