My condolences to Ken's family. His contributions to millions of kiddos going to sleep listening to happy stories will not be forgotten. I liked Teddy. I wish mine still worked, I literally played my Teddy Ruxpin to death. Had a wear mark on my headboard from where he sat...

This wonderful woman repairs and restores World of Wonders toys. My little brother destroyed my original Teddy ages ago, so I bought a refurbished Teddy and a Grubby. Let me tell you, the moment my very first friend came to life in front of me for the first time in 20 years...tears were shed.

My dad used to work for Worlds of Wonder so I grew up with a few of these toys.  I loved Teddy (and Mother Goose) so I'm sad to hear this.

I always wanted a Teddy Ruxpin, but my parents thought he was too expensive. All I got was a little three inch possible figure of Teddy.

I too loved my teddy... I also had a red headed Cabbage patch doll that had a rubbery face that talked... I loved her too (Now puts me in the mind of Chucky LOL).
