Even though my BF and I have a TV show, I'm an extremely private person, and people I've known for years don't know anything about me other than what they've seen on the TV show and they don't even realize it. As an example:  a girl I've known for 7 years brought her father to the club and she tried to introduce us, but when he asked her questions like where I lived, if I had children, and if my family lived nearby she had no idea! Lol...this may sound odd, but i prefer things like that, and can have entire conversations with people where i'll only say a few words, but the other person feels they can share and tell me anything.
Prior to this, my friend thought of me as one of her besties, and felt so bad for not knowing. I knew about her son from the day he was born, who his friends were, what was wrong health-wise, her boyfriend issues and the long drawn-out torture that the insurance company put her through when she'd been in a car accident. I'm a great friend but ask very little from other people and love hearing about other people's lives and helping them with problems, so it works out really well for all parties involved

I have a friend who has the same thing! If she sees a cheese in real life (not on TV)  she gags, and if she eats it by accident...well...yeah. She does the same thing

I have a phobia of flying which was a bit of an issue when one lived in Alaska but is from New York. It was so bad that I needed to be medicated to even walk into an airport.
Well, more like a fear of crashing.

I have the exact same thing! I just really can't talk over the phone to anyone who I don't know. It's really weird.

Lol, believe it or not, before I was a debt collector I was a receptionist!! I also have a fear of walking into places to meet friends by myself...

I feel pity and guilt towards inanimate objects.
I remember when I was younger I started crying over a tissue box because it ran out of tissues and couldn't serve it's purpose anymore xD
Now its more like I feel bad if I don't sleep with certain stuffed animals.

Me too! I used to cry a lot as a kid because of this.

Another factoid about me is that I hate couches. Well I like them if I don't have to share but sitting with someone else on a couch feels waaaaaaaay too intimate. I mean you can feel all their movements and they can feel yours. (It may have something to do with being hyper self aware).

Ditto the phone phobia, only mine extends to friends and family as well. Would much rather e-mail than phone otherwise I get tongue-tied and can't think what to say. Only person I'm comfortable talking on the phone to is my other half

Whenever I get a PM, I tend to think, "okay, who is mad at me now?" The thing is, I rarely - if ever - get a PM with an irritated tone to it. So I have no idea why this thought keeps popping in my head.

I am also someone who hates using the phone in most cases. I would rather walk 10 km (yes, seriously) to go talk in person than to call on the phone.

Same. I know nobody has a reason to get mad at me, but I always worry that I'm going to go and find someone yelling at me or a friend saying they don't
like me anymore or something bad like that. :\

Yep, this is me too. Always feel a bit of fear upon seeing I have PMs in my inbox. I suppose I think, "what are they saying to me they felt like they couldn't say in public?"

I hate the foods and drinks most people "can't" live without. Coffee, tea, cheese, ice cream.

I drink between 8 and 12 cups of tea per day.

I have a phobia for phoning people.The only persons I can call without anxiety is my boyfriend, my mom, my grandmother and a friend from work. I also refuse to answer the phone if I don't recongise the number or if the number is private.

I love to bake but rarely eat what I make and often ends up throwing it away.
