As long as all of the safety supports are there (and theres another regular staircase somewhere--have you tried to get furnature up the the second floor with a poorly designed staircase??)  I would totally go for it

Bahaha I always think about moving a sofa up a spiral staircase... my friends family had a small one (not super ornate like that) in their house, it was fun to slide down the railing and stuff, but, totally impractical otherwise, lol

Can you imagine taking laundry up and down that thing?

Just make sure the washer and dryer are on the bottom floor. Then go to the top  of the staircase, look over the edge, yell "Look out below!", and drop the basket of laundry over the side. Then, rig a pulley system to haul the basket back up. It'll be easy!
