Anyone from Japan or at least able to read Japanese?

Just curious, I don't want to really use a translator since I'm even confused on which parts I'm looking at. Found something cool I would like to get my sister for Christmas (not pony related and yes I do start shopping that early) and a site was even convenient to put down a separate party it seems similar to the Taboo situation of buying it. Problem is I really cannot read any of it to figure out how much it costs.   Anyone out there that could help a bit in that department? lol
