I haven't seen any sign of them either. BUT we are slooooowww to get stuff here and my Walmart still has pretty empty shelves since Christmas.

I bought one (the Silver Spoon & Twist set) from the Hasbro Toy Shop and it was a foreign release with the words translated into multiple languages. It was also weird because you couldn't actually see the ponies inside the box--it was all cardboard. So I'm thinking maybe it will never be released in the US... :(

Apparently we needed to be more specific about what we wished for.  We want new My Little Pony characters that are actually ponies, AND available in stores.

It was on sale online only at Target.com as well, but they sold out and never have restocked, I bought 2 one to keep mib from Hasbro and one from target  later with a disc code .I think I paid for one 27 after taxes and the the other one was 5 dllrs off plus free shipping on target.

It was released in the US and Canada but its an online exclusive item - only HTS, Target for a while and Meijer carried or are carrying it. So if you want it that's the way  you will need to pick it up unfortunately.

As for the Royal Surprise set, yes it has been released however it was in a wave along with a couple of already released sets which often means the unique items are snagged off shelves fast, leaving behind the items which have already been released. The latter items stay on shelves as people already have them which prevents stores reordering the wave and therefore getting the set back in. Thats why they are so hard to find unfortunately.

Saw 1 at a walmart a while back, but since I did not like the BB Chrysalis in it and I already had Twily and Celestia, I decided to not to get it , buying it for 1 figure was just not going to fly for me :(,  almost 10 dllrs for doubles and bad designed evil character ,meh !:)

Found today, but didn't pick it up for the same reason as Houston!

Me too! Guess I better give in and order online (which I usually avoid because I want to look in person and make sure cutie marks aren't smeared, etc.)


Update: Wave 9 of the Blind Bangs has finally appeared in my local TRU! ...in the Littlest Pet Shop area, because there's no more room on the MLP side of the aisle. o.0

That brushable set with Chrysalis was at TRU last I looked- but I've never seen the set with the little plastic Chrysalis. I think she probably sells out pretty dang fast. 

Just this week the "Royal Friends" set with Twilicorn and the DJ and such- hit our Targets- so it may just be that the little plastic sets are slow in coming.
