Well the mouse is from rescuers (Disney film) then there is the beast from beauty &the beast . They look like ones mum got from the Disney shop (beast looks like McDonalds though)
Orville is the green duckling in a nappy its from a British tv show orville was a puppet with Keith Harris.
Then there are care bears with symbols on there bellies look like McDonalds ones or they could b from a toyshop (looks like you have both actually)
Then you have Mr men red is Mr strong i think yellow Mr happy orange Mr tickle cant remember the rest those look like either pencil toppers or something free with the book.
The girls with the oval faces i think are cabbage patch kids McDonalds again.
Then there is postman pat he is nxt tk the beast. Brit program again.
That is all i know atm tbh i think they might all or mostly be McDonalds or something like that

Cat in exercise outfit and sheep next to him are from The Get a Long Gang.  Its Woolma Lamb and Zipper Cat. Same with the bear in the white sailor looking outfit? Name escapes me.

Care Bears across the top: Birthday, Love-A-Lot, Baby Hugs, Cloud Keeper, Baby Tugs, Tenderheart, Bedtime, and Funshine. These were sold from Kenner in the 80's.

Smaller care bears: Cloud Keeper, Brave Heart Lion, Tenderheart, and Bedtime. Once again sold from Kenner in the 80's.

Then you have another Cloud Keeper lower in your picture.

None of the Care Bears were toys from  fast food restaurants or anything like that.

Next to the Cabbage Patch kids you have Rainbow Brite figures.  The Cabbage Patch kids were not McDonalds toys either. They were sold in stores.

The Butterfly (right above Brave Heart Lion) is from one of the Strawberry Shortcake characters.

The characters above the Cloud Keeper are also Rainbow Brite. Right next to the mouse are Strawberry Shortcake figures.

I don't believe any of the ones I have mentioned are from fast food restaurants and were all sold in stores.

Ok the other one for the get along gang is Portia Porcupine  you can find info on the line at ghost of the doll, and the butterfly is marmalade who is the pet of Orange Blossom.

I recognize that mouse from a disney movie.  I think it was based off of Sherlock Holmes?  Or it may have been another movie--but im 99% sure its a Disney mouse!

Just had a childhood flashback I had to my childhood flock-covered Orville! Didn't know there were pvc minis as well! Great haul, I collect PVC minis, although have downsized recently. I'm particularly jealous of the Cabbage Patch and SSC figures!
Is that a Richard Scarry figure or two there as well? Seem to recognise a Sergeant Murphy there!

The little blue policeman (who should come apart and his head is a ball) is a Nerful. Are you wanting specific sets and years and stuff or just names? Because I can tell you who most of these characters are but not specifics about each toy.

The Strawberry Shortcake figure of Cafe Ole and Donkey is hard to find. I think I paid $60 for mine. Also the poseable Rainbow Brite figures and PICs you found were only found in the UK so they are hard to find in the US of course. Great lot of toys you found!
