3 g1 newborn babies

i had a few baity g1 newborn babies, so i decided to make them as newborn versions of g1 adults. i made them based on the color hairs i had on hand. i had a few options of who i could have done, but im happy with who i went with. they all turned out soooo cute. they are for sale. $35.00 each.


first is newborn baby hippity hop. one of my favorite childhood so soft ponies. made from a newborn pegasus who didnt have a neckplug when i got her, so her head is glued in place. i painted her in a pink, but went darker after changing my mind who she was going to be. i painted one white bunny on each side for her symbol. i sealed her eyes and symbol with a gloss finish. i rehaired her with hair from a g1 bow tie tail, which is tea rose according to dollyhair.

second is newborn baby starflower. i didnt have a newborn unicorn, so i sculpted one on an earth baby. not easy to do for a tiny baby and not making it too low on her face. a couple hair plugs are covered by the horn. i painted her in neon blue, but i tried going a bit lighter after changing my mind who she was going to be. i painted 2 purple stars on each side for her symbol. i went over them in a clear crystal paint to give that glittered look. i sealed her eyes and symbol with a gloss finish. i rehaired her with dollyhair dusty rose, electric banana, mermaid and pink from a g1 bow tie tail, which is tea rose according to dollyhair.

What precious little ponies! I love Newborn Twins and you did such a great job on all of them. I think Cherries Jubilee is my favourite, too... although Hippity Hop's face is irresistible, I just want to huggle her! :P

thanks everyone. they are all very adorable. i do think baby cj is my fav out of them all. i do have a dg fakie to use to make another baby, still deciding if i want to use my baby yoyo for a custom.
