GREAT VIDEO!  It's nice to meet you.  Hehe, I like your disclaimer at the beginning.  I bet EVERYONE has everyone has  hurt themselves themselves customizing a pony at some point.

Instead of cutting slowly, I like to boil them so that the glue separates and it sometimes comes off easier.  It seems like the ones you are using don't do that.  It does make it easier to pull out the hair, though, to boil them.

I LOVE that glue-cracking technique!  And I didn't know that about nail polish remover. 

Anyone ever use Naptha or Xylene?  Xylene makes the symbol come off like a white board: super easy.  It is a lot more toxic than acetone and you should use a respirator.  Plus, it says it damages some plastics, but I haven't noticed this unless it is a slow long-term process (which I doubt) HARD CORE.
