Worst thing you've combed out

I'm in a weird mood today, spent the morning cleaning up thrift finds, it was "carpet fuzzies" this time.

What's the worst thing you have cleaned out of pony hair?

Dead bugs

Yeah, mine was a dead bug too, I think. I vaguely recall a little dead spider or something similar. That and something very strange and icky in a winger's hair once. At the time I wasn't sure what it was and still don't want to know! I'm just glad it washed out!

Silly putty (when I was a kid), just because I never did get it all our.  My poor baby lofty ended up with several plugs of mane cut.  I think I must have been making her a hat or a mask =/

I also dropped silly putty between the cushion of my parent's fabric couch, and no one realized until it was permanently worked in.  Seriously, who gives a 2 or 3 year old silly putty without supervision?

spiders and black mold D: I had a manesail who looked really nice except this little speck of black in her tail- I went to give her a scrub to get rid of the tinny bit of black and loads more of it came oozing out her tail hole! **ewww** I opened her up and got her fully cleaned out but it was so nasty ):

This. Tough there might be a day when theres something else. Mold sounds yuck.

Melted red balloon.
Years ago a friend of mine and I decided to make Barbie a comic book style outfit and since we didn't have any shiny spandex type material we used balloons. Well years later said balloons melted and a bunch of it got onto my beloved Barnacles tail and it's taken a lot of washing/conditioning and combing to bring his tail back anywhere close to its original condition.
Dead bugs have happened many times and don't really bug me too much anymore, though I do think cat poo takes the cake on worst things.

I have been pretty lucky over the years and even if I did find a pony with such a problem too much of a coward to tackle it directly. That would involve a soak in a basin of water and a couple of pairs of disposable gloves before I would go near. I think therefore the only thing I have tackled [several times] is chewing gum *yuck*

As I stated in another thread recently, mouse pee.
Poor Rarity had so much dried mouse pee in her tail she basically had dreadlocks.

Next to that I haven't had anything truly terrible yet. My styling size G3 Cheerilee came with complementary grass seeds embedded in her hair, and I've had bits of random dirt, but none of that is particularly horrible.

Cat poop takes the cake though, .......ew...
