I never could get into it as much as others.  Now M*A*S*H, that is another story.

M*A*S*H is a kick. Love Klinger and Winchester and Radar! And Hawkeye was always hilarious.

M*A*S*H (reruns) is something I grew up with, my mom loved the show. Husband G has been playing I Dream of Genie for the kids.

My favorite was ginger because she was super glamorous to me as a kid.  I also like the old rich dude because he was really ridiculous in his richness. heehee
I watched a lot more Green Acres, Petticoat Junction, and Bewitched than Gilligans Island.

I love Gilligan's Island!
Only two... but I really enjoy this entire cast! I find the antics of Mr and Mrs Howell to be pretty clever at times plus they have great chemistry!

If I have a difficult time sleeping I pop in a disc to watch a few episodes. It's a guarantee to get to sleep in a good mood...

I noticed one of the character's name is "Ginger Grant". "Gigi" a common nickname for someone named "Ginger" and Monster High happens to have a Genie character named "Gigi Grant". I wonder if that was intentional.

And yes, the recent loss of Russell Johnson was truly some sad news, rating just a tad below the loss of Fred Rogers (aka Mister Rogers) back in 2003.
