What does Yoga do for the body?
My old climbing gym has a Bikram studio attached to it. I've never tried it myself (I enjoy yoga, but prefer to be at room temperature when I'm doing it ), but the people coming out of the studio always look well wiped out. Apparently you can get deeper into a lot of positions when it's hot - that would make me nervous, but people love it, so hey.
That sounds unpleasant. I think I'll stick to things with air conditioning.
