2014 Minnesota Pony Meet - August 23rd - get ready!

I should be able to go this year! The last one of these I was at was in 2012. I'll have some G3 and G4's for sale.
I'll also be making up cutie mark nail decals. I'm thinking of having a mix of G4 and G1 cutie marks, but we'll see what time allows.

Kazzellin (sorry if I spelled that wrong, it's a page away now)- I think that would be super-cool! I don't think any other meet has patches, we could start doing a different one every year. I also think a patch of Tex would be cool pretty much anywhere.

Do we want to have someone art something with Tex up and use that, or something from a pre-existing coloring book or back card pony art?

I'm working on some original watercolors to sell at the meet! Subjects to include G1 ponies in "coloring book" poses. Going to start with 4X6 size so they are ready for frame. My question is- does anyone have any requests? No obligation,  but it would give me a good starting point. Something like "I'd love a painting of Baby Moondancer laying the grass with her mom!" or "Firefly in the clouds!". Here is a sample of my style- just imagine the mood and setting with a pony in the foreground instead of loons!

As a newer artist (in the pony community at least) I'm thinking $10 for a 4x6... does this seem about right?

Wow those are beautiful ponyqueen, I was also trying to figure out what size I wanted to make the poster and how much to charge, I was also thinking around $10-$15 for 11 by 17 although these posters aren't different on every one you know. So I think $10 would be pretty fair for one of those.

How many of you might be interested in the poster? Also people who are bringing multiple people let me know if you want them included in the poster as well.

I was thinking $15 for my MN friends for the regular carebears. Are cousins or Grams worth more? i have no idea. I just know theyve never been in my house due to lack of space...

I would be interested potentially in some rehairs - and learning myself!! I prefer flocking on my ponies generally.

remember, I'm in WA and can/will only bring the carebears if they have a new home to go to (other than my sisters!)
so please let me know before I finish packing if you'd be interested in buying so I can pack them (somehow) in my bagS. because my suitcase is nearly full and my personal bag is going to be diaperbag sized and FULL of - you guessed it! - more ponies.

I'm going to hop on board the Care Bear train and say I just brought a few of these dudes back from my storage, along with a carfull of other 80s merchandise that I will be selling on the Arena and at the meet (!!!) - there was a ton more stuff in storage than I remembered I had collected, including a tote FULL of rainbow brite plushes, a half dozen Care Bear plushes, some Popple and Wuzzle stuff, more My Little Pony PUZZLES!, and the MLP perm shop (currently on hold), the pink Dream Castle, and the Show Stable.

Golly what else was there... lunch boxes, Strawberry shortcake dolls, records and books... more books, more stuff...
