Most of the accessories for all of the G4 ponies are widely varied in color (ribbons and the plastic bits)

I don't think any version is considered more rare than others. I recall not seeing the red/dark pink ribbon coming up for sale very often, but there's no clear price point difference. She's desirable in any form.

G4 ponies are rife with accessory colour switches and variances I agree, as mentioned here, she is a super sought after creature so the ribbon colour will make no value difference.
