Has S3 Phantom Cynder from Swap Force been spotted?

Hello! Just a random quick question for everyone who plays Skylanders or collects the figures has seen a Phantom Cynder in any store yet? On ebay they are relativly cheap for a color variant so Im guessing they are a regular release where maybe 1 comes in a case of 12 or something. I know they were released on December 22 but are they exclusive to any stores? I really like her!

I actually spotted her in Toys R Us a while ago, but I didn't buy her and I haven't seen her again since. 

They do have her for sale on their website though, not sure if that is am option for you.

My sister and I love Skylanders. 

Flashwing is my favorite Skylander, but I have yet to see Jade Flashwing in person.

o.o i saw lots of jade flashwings at target months ago.. but it seems like they might be done with that? since that was a giants release, unless they did it again for Swap force but it doesnt seem like their style...

 I dunno my son loves skylanders but its kinda annoying for me since i have to buy them all xD Iv put a ban on all exclusive/LE ones because I cant afford to get EVERY one, so we try and just get the normal ones.

I have Mr. Skeen scouring the internet for all the new dragons (I only use dragons) and he hasn't found phantom Cynder yet.  Granted, he won't look at places like TRU or Target because he thinks he can get better deals elsewhere, so...

But Jade Flashwing was a Giants release so she'll be hard to find now.  I think she was a Target exclusive?  I got mine there, but that was at least a year ago.

I saw her at TRU here in California two weeks ago. Thought she was cool but I didn't have the game so I didn't pick her up. Now I have the game on the way Oh well.

Are people still finding Jade Flashwings in stores? She's another one that I thought looked really pretty, but I'm a total Skylanders newbie, and I figured she'd be really htf since she's a color variation.
