Midnight at Canterlot

So yesterday we went on an excursion. My dad's friend is a Costco member, so we were there at one point, and of course, I had to go see if they had the Canterlot set.

I didn't see any. And the worker I talked to said that she hadn't seen any, at any point!

Is my area just being slow again? Or are there other Costcos that don't have this set yet? I thought it came out in late summer/early fall....

(Also, how much does it cost? I'm wondering if I could ask my dad's friend to keep a look-out for it at the Costcos near him....)

It wasn't carried by all stores unfortunately. Back when a lot of people were actively looking, it seemed a little hit and miss with some stores carrying them and some stores not. At the time they simply said some stores would get stock and when it was done, that was it no more would come in or be carried. Unfortunately if your Costco doesn't have it yet, a couple of months after release, and with it having gone out of stock in a lot of stores, your store may be one which is not carrying them.

Have you perhaps asked the store to run the product number to see if they will be carrying it?

I didn't know the product number, but I tried to get them to look it up on their computer. But things were so crazy there yesterday that I never did get to talk to someone at a help desk. (I think we may have been at the wrong help desk, too.)

You mean other than Costco? It was supposed to be exclusive to them, so if it appears anywhere else, it will be a surprise.

I feel like every pony item that I desperately want is either at a store that is 5 hours away from me, or in a foreign country.

FYI: There are a bunch on Amazon around the $30 mark with free shipping if you want to go that route.

My store is out of them. They had some for a while but during this last week...poof.

My 2 costcos never got them, I live  right across the street from one and never saw them:(

Oh, I forgot to tell you the price. I bought mine for $28.99.

My Costco had them in late Nov. for around 29.99. I went there a week ago and they were clearancing them out for 19.99.
