New accurate Cheerilee on the way?

I was just browsing taobao when I noticed an odd thing on a photo, it was a dark toned Cheerilee, similar to the first release but without the bangs so at first I didnt notice it but when I looked closer, she had 3 full sized flowers on her flank. Cheerilee has never had that before but I first thought it was from the CMC & friends set so I looked up the set and to my surprise it was the old cheerilee in that set.  So I guess question is how will this be released? What will we get with her next time she is released? Teachers pet and Babs Seed?

OH maybe this is what they meant by having the toy line work more closely with the show this year?  Maybe that just meant they would be making minor modifications to all of the ponies we've already seen- to be more "show accurate."

I wonder if this is why they changed the head mold, and Fluttershy's eye shape, and the wing shape for the big ponies...

She could also be a test I suppose, but I think you are right in that she will probably be released in some sort of set.

Well one would think so and it would be awesome but I dunno, hasbro seemed to go back on that promise for Rainbow Dash...They changed her eyes for the crystal line but I noticed that for the Rainbow line that is coming they went back to the old styled eyes which don't look very accurate at all... and they still haven't touched Twilight Sparkles eyes to make them accurate.

I like the old cutie mark design on her better despite this one being more show accurate. Hm... a new Lily Blossom was found recently too. I'm going to be slightly disappointed if they just start re-releasing old waves

Ooooh...now thats an interesting theory. And one which actually makes a lot of sense in the light of what we have seen so far.

I like the darker colour better and prefer this symbol. So YAY! They like Cheerilee and she has certainly had plenty of releases so far...I wonder what multi-pack they will cram her in this time

I've seen that Cheerilee for sale on eBay lately.  I figured I'd just wait until we see her in stores before I buy her.

I keep seeing this or that older pony pop up for sale, a few at a time, and wonder if it's a rerelease on the way. I wish I were better at identifying the new-style heads.
