Any info on this mystery baby?

I was unsure where to put this topic, to Pony Corral or here but I desided to put it here because I have always gotten help from here 

My friend got her hands on this weir baby pony. She won it on Finnish auction site. The seller had no idea of her origins.

Head is loose but the color is even inside and out.

There is "1984 hasbro pat pend made in hong kong" under hoofs.

Looks like a Baby Blossom-pose that was prepped for custom use and dyed - I've got a couple in almost that exact shade on the go, with similar slight unevenness of the color in places.

You might try a snip of the plastic on the inside of the neck area where there's extra and won't affect the pony itself. I had to do this with one particular pony i got and there under the dark blue was a light blue inside!
You can keep the eyes from being dyed by putting plain white glue on them and letting it dry, or putty, or whatever technique a customizer has developed for themselves. It would be nice if she were a variant! I like her color, but if not she's still a pretty girl!

I can't think of ajy Hk babies or even adults in that,colour, so she could well be dyed. She does look prepped for customising.

A dunk or 5 in Rit Dye liquid usually does the trick. There are a few sites devoted to teaching people how to customize that have tutorials on how to do it well without getting streaks and such

I think her colouring looks like a Baby Cherries Jubilee but a bit darker.  Tell you what though.....she'd make a smashing Baby Jenny custom

Make sure the nick's on the inside, where there's lots of extra plastic around the neck plug, not somewhere it'll be visible. D:  Or shave away some of the thin/loose edge (again on the inside of the pony) - if there's a different color underneath it should show pretty quickly.
