OMG! My husband is a BRONY!

So we went to Hot Topic tonight to pick up some pony items and I see my husband looking at these men's cell phone wallets with DJ Pon-3 on them. I walk over to him and he tells me how cool he thinks the wallet is. I say, "Those are men's wallets."
He responds, "I know. I like it."
I say, "You would get a pony wallet for yourself?"
And he replies, "Yeah, I'm a pony fan, too."
Oooohhh it's so awesome!! lol You learn something new about your spouse everyday I guess. No matter how long you've been married or how well you know them; one day they pop up and announce that they've been a brony all these years. hehehe So we're collecting together now! ^_^ Eeeee!!!

Please don't get me wrong, I think it's great that you share your hobby now with your husband - but he has never ever before expressed that he likes MLP, too? Even though you are a fan/collector and not making a secret out of it?

LoL, that's great   I always joke that if those swimming suit men's shorts with our dear grey pegasus dip down to like $3 I'm getting them for my husband.  He always says it'd be a waste of $3.  Hehe...

No not exactly. He's always gone shopping with me for ponies and watched the cartoons with me and even helped me customize; but I always thought that he was just supporting me in my hobby. I didn't realize that he actually considered himself to be a fan, too.

Can't blame him. I prefer G4 but I'm trying to learn some history by starting with G1. Who knows...he'll probably keep an open mind about older gens^^

Lucky. I have an inkling my boyfriend actually likes the show (he'll watch it when it's on and he's playing his computer). He'll laugh at some parts, but will never admit to liking it. He thinks my ponies are a waste of space. Which I think his video games are too.

But he's trying to be more supportive.

Aww thats cute great that he likes MLP too my boyfriend isn't so much into it but he does surprise me with ponies all the time I'm surprised how much he actually knows about MLP now

my big burly macho husband shocked me when i was looking at mlp's (as usual) and him and miss 3 were down the aisle looking at monster high and he called for me and pointed to one and said that is my favorite    
i don't know who it was but she looked pretty cool and freaky
