I bought 2 packs from target but I haven't opened mine yet to see who is inside. Hope I got an applejack, so gonna make me a bracelet soon!!

These are fun! My pack came with Fluttershy and dj pon3 and the generic pony icon in black and pink.  I've had fun making 3 bracelets so far.

I actually bought the cheap loom from walmart to try it. I wanna test it first with the bands that it came with before I use the actual pony bands.

be careful with the clear connectors on the charms... one of mine cracked when I first tried to open it.

Mostly they are, unfortunately. The charms are so small and there are no outlines, just blocks of color, so there is some detail lost. They look kinda funny, actually. I was going to pick up every character but after I saw them in person, I just bought a couple bags that had my faves in them.

I did see in Michaels craft store that they have some pony charms separate from the rubber bands - they come in a three pack. I'm not sure if they still have them, I only saw a couple of the packs last time I was in there.
