Collection Resolutions 2014

It's getting to be that time of year again! it's time to post what you would like to see happen to your collection for the year of 2014! What are the top 6 things you want to see in the new year?

Also, if you made a resolution around this time last year: did you stick with it and finish most or all of what you said you would finish?

I'll start off by saying what last year's resolutions were for me. I have to say that I honestly tried my best to finish them all, I managed to complete all but #3 (soo darn expensive!)

1. Finish my Wave 4 playful pony set
2. Start a Fashion Style Pony Collection
3. Get a Fashion Style Applejack
4. Get the Wedding Castle set
5. Participate in a Customs Swap

So this year's resolution for me is the following:

1. Get a Fashion Style Applejack
2. Get a Princess-Pose Luna
3. Complete G4 baby collection
4. Get all Favourites Collection exclusive ponies
5. Complete a sale or trade with someone not in North America
6. Get a 20" Funrise Fluttershy plush

Who do you have?

I think mine was to get my collection to 400 or 500? I did get to 400 but not sure if I will go to 500. That is just to many ponies for me.

1. Install bigger and better pony shelves to display my ever expanding herd
2. Expand my G1 collection
3. Pick a grail pony

My goal is to win at least two later issue copies of MLP and Friends and/or the MLP Tales comics. I also resolve to get Bright Eyes, Patch, and Clover toys this year, Brightglow, and maybe even a Princess Sparkle!

I also resolve to get a G2, find a G3 Thistle Whistle and Silver Glow, and buy the G4 filly collection.

Oh, I forgot! I need a Bubblecup (Ditzy Doo) toy this year! I must remember to get that set.

Adding to my collection without overdoing it in the budget department...

oh and getting a display of some kind to get my ponies off my dresser and night stand...

My first new year pony resolution is sad..... to buy less ponies so we can get new blinds. Yuk, blind buying isn't fun like pony buying!
My second new year pony resolution is to finally buy Surf Rider! She's the last of the first set of baby sea ponies I need to get and every time I've planned on buying her this year I've somehow ended up buying another pony. Shocking!
I also want to complete my watercolour baby sea pony set by buying Misty and her float.
The question is do I then work on my collector ponies or work on my newborn twins..... it's a tough one.

Mine is to get more shelves and focus a bit more on G1.

These were mine from last year and I think I did pretty good! I got a load of sea ponies for my birthday and managed to get shells for all of them I have all the wingers except Starry Wings, I have quite a few SHS, and received Hollywood as a gift! And I have all the princesses and their hats, I just need to get the wands Still after a deflocked Cupcake though

My collecting resolutions for this year:

1. Baby Sugarcake
2. Build a Bear Plushes (I only have Rainbow Dash)
3. G4 Minty, Star Swirl, and Rainbow Flash
4. Starry Wings (completing my Wingers)
5. Clear/Glittery Funko Lyra
6. G3 January Carnation (completing my G3 Birthflowers)
7. Deflocked Cupcake

I have more I'd like to accomplish, but those are the main ones for now

I resolve to not waffle on my collecting. Too many times this past year I've waffled on whether or not I wanted to get something, decide to not get it because I was waffling, then a few months later regret waffling and try to turn around get the same item, only to be unable to find it.

So this year, if I'm not sure if I want something, just get it, because I'll likely regret not getting it later.

I had few resolutions last year, but I've got most of them around June-July

1. Get all the Tropical Baby ponies
2. Get all the Sundazzle ponies
3. Get at least one boy into my herd.
4. Get G2 Blondie
5. Get more Confetti girls for my army

I managed to complete the first and third one and also (kind of) the fifth.

Resolutions for this year?
1. Complete my Sundazzle ponies
2. Get Boys/Daddies for my Tropical girls
3. Get G2 Blondie
4. Get at least one Nirvana Confetti variant for my army
5. Get Baby Princess Sparkle

Sounds like I will be broke

Can I just post one resolution?? In 2014 I just want to expand my collection! I've only got about 100 ponies and that's from years of collecting since I was 4--I feel like I need to catch up to everyone else here. @_@ Though, for specifics, I'd really like to get my hands on at least one Sea Pony, one TAF, and a few more G2s.

1. Complete my Sparkler ponies set (just need Twinkler)
2. Get BABW Fluttershy and any subsequent BABW pony releases for 2014
3. Continue to improve my customizing skills
4. Create at least 3 custom sales pieces

Probably more stuff, but that's all I can think of right now!
