IDW Mini-Comics, anyone have info?

I was in Target checking out the stuff they keep close to the cash registers (MLP dog tags, trading cards, rainbow loops, etc.) and I noticed IDW has put out a series of mini-comics that are hanging next to the dog tags! o.o

I didn't buy any because I didn't know what the quality would be, I figured I'd come here to the Arena and ask if anyone has bought any.

They are a series of mini-comics in a plastic baggy (like the trading cards and dog tags, but the package is clear) and the covers of the comics are the same illustrations as the first release of the bigger comics (each of the Mane 6 dancing with their pet).

The package says it comes with: 1 Mini-comic, 1 mini-poster, 1 sheet of stickers, and 1 sheet of tattoos.

Then on the back it says there are 4 mini-comics to collect, 4 different mini-posters, 16 different sheets of stickers, and 16 different sheets of tattoos. (This seems mega lame to me, it's forcing people to buy the same comics over and over to try to get all the different stickers and tattoos.)

But does anyone have any scans of any of this? I'd like to see the quality before I cave in and buy any. And can anyone tell me if the mini-comics are original stories, or something taken from the bigger comic releases?

The 4 different comics are individual stories about Twilight, Pinkie, Apple Jack, and Rainbow Dash.  The stories are the same as the ones previously released in the regular sized Micro Series comics.  Each comic has its own plot line so you don't have to buy them all or read them in any particular order.

There are also a few pages in the back of each comic on how to draw the story featured pony.

I can't give you scans of the comics, but maybe some pictures will help.

Hmm, although the posters are cute, I think I'm going to skip this release, especially since I'll read the stories when I get the bigger comics anyway.

The quality is great, I got a couple off of eBay a while back. My girls like the stories in them

I love the idea of these, but to get all the extra stuff, you would end up with SO many copies of the same 4 comics... :/ I bought enough to get the comics but I don't know if we'll be getting the rest of it anytime soon.
