It's a tad dirty two pieces are broken and it is missing a flag plus I believe a few other pieces.
I did test it and it lights up.

I would say $50 +
it doesn't come up for sale often, it's in nice condition (better than mine! *cries*)
and wait - it lights up?!?!?!?! I've been missing out all this time!
I wish I could afford to upgrade mine....

all that being said, it's hard to price petite buildings because they don't come up often, the castle is hard to ship b/c it's big, and not everyone collectors petites (and if they do, they may not want buildings)....maybe make an interest thread to see who might want to negotiate price, or you can auction it

The shipping of playsets sometimes puts people off.....that said, I do think that is worth $60-70+. I guess it would be best to take offers for it, with a reserve in mind :)

As others have mentioned Petite playsets dont come up too often - certainly not the larger ones. However, due to shipping people seem most often willing to pay a premium the more pieces a set has; so the end price is going to depend on how many pieces are missing.

I agree with a set like this auction is the best bet but for sale price assuming you have most of the accessories maybe only missing one or two then $50 sounds about right.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

You guys made my day.  I had jury duty today, so this was a nice surprise.  I don't think shipping will be too bad, it's pretty light I'll find a box and look into it.

I know a dealer and he pretty much thinks girl toys are worthless besides lps and blind bag mlps.  He only recently found out I'm into mlp so for the last year I've been getting all of his stock (the only downside is that I don't get to pick and chose, tons of g3's).  This set came with some ponies a pretty mermaid (mip) and a furry family set (mip).

Roogna- Yep I can't figure out how to turn it off, every time I put a battery in it just turns on.  Thankfully the old battery hadn't leaked yet!!  (i'll get that stuff to you when I get a chance!!)

If anyone is interested feel free to make me an offer.
